 Ingredients
 
 π₯§   1   box   puff   pastry   (thawed)
 
 π   1   cup   cherry   pie   filling   (or   cherry   preserves)
 
 π₯   1   egg   (for   egg   wash)
 
 π§   2   tbsp   sugar   (for   sprinkling)
 
 π   Candy   eyes   (found   at   most   grocery/baking   stores)
 
 
 
 Instructions
 
 1οΈβ£   Preheat   oven   to   400Β°F   and   line   a   baking   sheet   with   parchment   paper.
 
 2οΈβ£   Roll   out   puff   pastry   and   cut   into   rectangles.
 
 3οΈβ£   Spoon   cherry   filling   into   the   center   of   half   the   rectangles.
 
 4οΈβ£   Cut   thin   strips   in   the   other   half   of   rectangles   to   look   like   βmummy   bandages.β
 
 5οΈβ£   Place   the   cut   pastry   over   the   filled   base   and   gently   press   edges   to   seal.
 
 6οΈβ£   Brush   with   egg   wash,   sprinkle   with   sugar,   and   bake   12-15   minutes   until   golden.
