Feeling the winter stress creep in? Cherries may actually help take the edge off. ๐โจ
Research shows that the powerful phenolics in cherries help protect your brain cells from oxidative stress - the kind of damage that can leave you feeling mentally drained. And thatโs not all. Cherries also support serotonin, one of the key โfeel-goodโ neurotransmitters linked to reduced stress and improved mood.
In short: cherries donโt just taste amazingโฆ they help you feel a little brighter too. ๐ฟ๐
